Asked for a trim bc he’d been growing it out for over a year. Appt was booked with Arnise but my husband text saying that Arnise wasn’t cutting it. I called and spoke with Stephanie telling her I had email conf appt was with Arnise and Stephanie was rude, argumentative and hung up on me. I feel like my son’s hair was cut short deliberately- out of spite. He starts school tomorrow and was so excited to show off his long hair with fresh highlights. That was ruined by Cookie Cutters.
