This was our first time and I was not impressed. Our appointment was at 415. We arrived at 4:05pm and the store was packed with 2 stylist. They eventually got us checked in. At 430, the store was empty. The two stylists were discussing their schedule/covering a day while we sat and waited, 15 mins after appt time. I looked at my husband and said “I think they forgot we are here” as we set right in front of them. Literally acted like we were a bother. There was no apology for being crowded and running late. Once my child sat in chair, she asked us how we wanted the hair cut. Short on sides and back, longer on top. The stylist kind of spoke to my son, but not really. She left TWICE during the haircut for at least 5 mins to help ppl coming in. No apology for walking away. Hair got in my son’s eyes. She never once blew the hair dryer on him as she did the previous kid. Not even at the end to get the extra hair off of him. I had to ask her to. She did not introduce herself, but she was probably 5 foot 5, deal hair to her shoulders. She hated her job and was not personable or social. She should probably find another profession. Also, the other stylist who also ignored us and treated us as a bother, did not leave her kid she was giving a haircut to once. Haircut is ok. You could tell she just didn’t want to be there. Thank goodness it’s just hair and will grow back.

Overall bad experience my child was referred to as being extra and literally just turned two and has never had a haircut. He just got tubes and is able to hear adequately therefore not understanding what she was saying. Her tone was very curt and was not appreciated as I was the one holding my screaming baby as she cut with irritation. I will not be back to cookie cutters nor recommend anyone. This is not a place for children. Thanks Nora for making my baby's first haircut a nightmare.

Odd encounter(s) with stylist today...not feeling like she has worked with kids and family before; her tone/language/questions were cold and insulting. Won't be back.

Stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted. My son’s hair is crooked in the front. The excuse used was that he has a cowlick. Clippers we’re used everywhere but in the front when I only wanted a scissor cut and a clean up around the ears and in the back. They seem to only know how to do one boys cut.

The employee who did my sons haircut was horrible. She should not be working with kids. She was mean to him and demanded I hold his arms down and was getting upset with him. He’s 1 years old, he doesn’t understand. She was awful
