We come here for our haircut regularly - it's always such a great experience - My son enjoys it & the stylist are always so careful & attentive. They are great with kids - unfortunately on 10/09/18 - we had Sweta as our stylist & it was awful. From her digging the razor teeth into my child's neck & he was vocally complaining and telling her to her completely botching up his haircut - his front "bangs" are all crooked & jagged. Plus the actual haircut was longer than normal b/c she might not have that much experience - which made the whole event worse! As my kid puts it "the longest most horrible haircut ever!" and he's 6

I explained the cut I wanted for my granddaughter, clearly said still want to be able to have her wear a ponytail. She totally cut it way to short. I was not charged but that didn't help since my baby's hair is so short! We had her sister waiting for a cut as well but the other stylist was to busy worried about person that arrived way later than us to even bother to say she would do my other granddaughters cut. Which I felt was very wrong she knew I was very unhappy with the first cut why would I let the same person do the second cut. Wasted over an hour there!

I took my daughter in for her first haircut and thought this would be the perfect place for this occasion. The stylist, Sam was friendly and kind throughout the whole process. I just felt like she was in a rush and didn't take her time. It was pretty much over as quickly as it began. The price for a kids cut is pretty high. $17 for a couple inches cut is pretty ridiculous. Other than that, I like how they have Netflix on at every station and that children sit in cute car chairs as they get their hair cut. Overall, my daughter enjoyed her first haircut experience and I guess that's all that matters. However, I don't think we will be going back unless there's a store special or coupon.

When we got home, I noticed that my daughter’s hair was uneven in the back, so I had to trim the uneven part myself. Everyone is super nice, & we love the child friendly atmosphere. I just wasn’t thrilled that I had to fix my 6-year-old daughter’s simple trim. My daughter sits perfectly still, so that certainly wasn’t the issue.

Had appointments for both of my children for 11AM on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I had made appointments knowing it was going to be busy. Arrived a couple minutes before 11, and had to wait over 10-15 minutes for both of my kids to get in a chair. What really annoys me is when people come in after you, but get served before you (we both had 11:00 appts). The stylists did seem a little more rushed today than normal, and I could tell while observing the quality of the haircut. IDK, might just start cutting them at home.
