This is for the mani review. The student was nice but the whole experience was below acceptable. Will be back for other services but not mani. 1. There were only a few colors to chose from and most colors were not good. A lot of them were dried out 2. Customer was given a brush to go to the restroom to wash hands after cubicle cut. So unprofessional.

So this was my second facial here. I have been to many beauty schools before so I am not coming from the perspective that it should be the same as a full rate spa. That being said the first facial microdermabrasion was 45 min with an enthusiastic student who really tried hard. I questioned that the facial should have been 1 hour (I checked with the manager who said it was supposed to be an hour and that would be the case of the second facial). so of course it was 40 minutes with a student that either had a bad day or just wasn't interested in helping me. Since I bought a package I am stuck with finishing my treatments but next time I go back to Aveda. Hopefully they figure it out.

The stylist was awesome, however the male instructor was not very helpful to her. As she was trying to figure out what I wanted she didn’t know how to execute it, and was looking fir advise from him.. the female instructor did help her and actually showed her how to do what was needed.. I think the male instructor needs more training in how to teach these students.. we all have to learn from example...

This is the first time I have to takeoff the nail polish that was put on today. I’ve gone in for a haircut intent and was very satisfied with your service. That was done very well but manicures I would rate very very poor this is the first time this is happened to me

The student interrupted a lot at the beginning of the appointment. She didn’t let me get through my entire skin care routine.
