I have been going to Sarah for about 4 years. I recommended her to my sister who comes as well. I mentioned to Sarah on last visit that every time she colors my hair it comes out a different shade. I showed her the lines near the roots. She agreed with me. When she finished the color this week it did not match either. She suggested foils which I would have to pay. I think if the colorist can’t get it right, offer to fix it! She just blew me off. She also has been curling my hair after color and blow out. I’ve never been charged for curling. I suggested she do same for my sister. She did and told her it was an additional 10.00 charge for curling if she had it done again. We’ve spent a lot of money every month and I feel she could have been a little more concerned with my complaints.

The staff at the desk didn’t inform my stylist that I had arrived for my appointment. They finally realized their mistake 20 minutes after my appointment time and as I went to approach the desk to ask how much longer I had to wait. I found the salon very noisy!

I didn’t think it was professional for my stylist to be working on their own hair and grooming themselves at their chair while I was in the back waiting for color to set.

I got my hair cut I should a picture what cut I want didn't get it bottom line is went home with my shirt full of my own hair and I never was shoun how my hair looks from the back nether he askd me how much to cut off or to blow dry it I have a feeling he just wanted me off his back very disappointed. Pp
