Date: 01/05/2024 Today, I took my baby to get a haircut. Before starting, I showed the stylist a photo of the haircut I wanted. My baby had long hair, and the stylist assured me she could do the cut as requested. However, the customer service was awful. The stylist showed no empathy, accidentally cut my baby’s neck, and left his hair completely uneven. When I pointed out that the result didn’t match the haircut I had asked for, she responded disrespectfully, saying it was “ridiculous” to request that style. I find it unacceptable and unprofessional to treat clients this way, especially when it involves a child.

I do not recommend this place for children especially small children because they do not take the time to see what your child’s needs. They left my daughters bangs looking horrible

My appointment was at 5:30 pm with Jennifer we showed up at 5:37 pm she seen us at the door still manage to keep brooming then after shut the lights off and ignore us . We stayed for another 10 minutes knocked at the door she seen us and said no . She couldn’t even come to the door and tell us something. I won’t be coming back to this place.

We walked in and no one greeted us, Brandy didn't greet my daughter nor us the parents and whomever at the desk came off rude as well when she asked if I was getting a haircut verses my daughter. When I called to make an appointment I put my daughters name down for the appointment so I do not know why my name came up. The cut seemed very rushed and not thoroughly inspected, she asked me if it looked and at the moment it did look ok. As my daughters hair dried up I noticed the uneven bangs and hair trim. I am beyond disappointed with the service and the customer service we received. I would never go back or recommend this place to any other parents.

Brandi was not friendly. She was rushing at 3pm, and we had an appointment. She messed up my son's sideburns and haircut was very messy. Never coming back ever.

a disappointing experience, starting from the welcome. I guess because we were the last customers, 26$ spent for 13 minutes of service. no care of the service, no care of the cut, no care in detail. a quick cut without quality. I pay the price to have a fun, pleasant and quality service for my son, but it didn't happen. I don't recommend it, I recommend it only for the location, because it's fun with a slide and fun chairs.
