I had to wait 25 minutes even though I had scheduled an appointment. The stylist, who was the manager, was rude, curt, insensitive to my daughter with speech delays and was dismissive of my wishes and concerns as to what I wanted with her cut. She was so rushed, since she didn't get to my appointment on time. We left with my daughters hair uneven and chunky on one side. I have been desperately finding someone to fix it because I don't trust taking her back to this place and can't call to complain because this WAS THE MANAGER!!!

I didn’’t feel like the girl that cut my son’s hair was very kid friendly. I am sure she does fine with big kids but with wigglers and kids with special needs not so much. Also there was only one person cutting hair so when the other appointment arrived they just sit and stare waiting for you to get finished which makes things start to get rushed along.

I went to the shop as a walk in customer and the lady there told me she couldn't cut hair that day because there was no one else working with her???? why does someone else need to be there to cut hair? there was no one else in the building. No customers, the phone wasn't ringing. I don't get it??? why are the doors open if they can't receive customers???? So I set up an appt for the next day. The woman who cut his hair was really nice, but she did a horrible job. she left stray uncut hairs all over the place I had to point so many out that I got sick of doing so and just gave up. Then I asked if she could fix his hair, he has really curly hair so he just needed some water and some gel and a little hair scrunching. she put the water in and then flattened his hair. then I asked again for the gel and she put it in and flattened it again??? does she know that the gel is for curly hair??? I am super confused and frustrated that i spent the money for what I feel like was not worth it.

The girl that cut both of my boys hair did an awful job. She was extremely rough, and as you can see from my picture did a bad job. It took Sports Clips 15 minutes each to fix the hair cuts. They had to go all the way down to a 0 to fix most of the spots. We won’t be back.

Stylist didn’t have great “bedside manner” and the hair cut was choppy and uneven. Don’t even want to go back to have it fixed so going to be paying a second place to fix it.

We were late to our appointment and the employee who greeted us was very rude and unprofessional about the fact that we were late. I understand that it is policy to reschedule appointments if you show up more than 5 minutes late, but I don’t think it’s policy to be snappy to customers. I would have been happy to reschedule our appointment if it was too busy to fit us in, but when we arrived, there were three employees in the store and zero customers. This employee made me uncomfortable enough that I will probably not return to this Cookie cutters location.
