I brought in a photo of a full hair style and left with a flat flat hair style… no gel… no product to give body… the stylist was a nice young girl . My family was appalled when I walked in the door… it looked as though I was caught in a downpour…

I had my haircut and it looked OK the day I left your shop but the next day when I woke up it was nothing like I wanted it cut so we called to reschedule an appointment to get it fixed nobody called back for a total of a week we finally got back in and basically spent another hour cut my hair and she charged me for a second time to fix my hair I think that is totally wrong and I will no longer be using y’all services and I would not recommend anybody going to y’all

I have been to the same person 3 times now However, every time we do the same thing, but the price increases? This seems to be a pattern at all salons I've been to? Maybe the price should be shown EVERY time instead of just the 1st? Disappointed that I am going to have to find somewhere else to get my hair done.

I’ve been coming to HCX for about 1.5 years. I like my stylists I’ve used, however the last few times I haven’t been happy w/ my cut. Also, my color fades w/ in 2 weeks anymore. Also, the quality of products used are subpar. For the price point at nearly $300 for cut, color highlights red.. I should walk out of there feeling completely confident and happy with the outcome, and the last 2 visits it hasn’t been the case. The stylist seemed rushed when cutting my hair and it doesn’t look as good as it used too. I like all trh stylist as people but feel the quality of services and products needs improvement

Appt was scheduled at wrong however they did get me in with someone else. Was happy for that however I didn't get what I wanted at all. Spending 360 for a Highlight is very expensive she did say she would do a dark shadow which wasn't dark at all and my gray roots still very noticeable. Very disappointed this time around
