If I could give a 0 I would. It was our first time coming here, I seen it had amazing reviews so figured give it a try. Made an appointment at 3:15 we didn't get seated for my son until 3:50. I explained to the lady how I wanted it cut and even showed how the person next to us how I wanted it that short on the sides, she did not do it at all that way. Then for the top of the hair I said cut it so it's not super long anymore even told her the size and how I wanted it done but to keep it styled to the side. She messed up so bad that I had to have her cut it shorter to try to fix it and she just made it worse. Very unhappy with how it turned out. Luckily my son is young enough to not understand or worry about it. Learned my lesson to stay at our normal hair cut places.

I was very upset with my experience. It was my daughter’s first ever hair cut. We initially went in as a walk-in. We were turned away and told there was absolutely no availability all day. I checked the app, which showed multiple open appointments. I booked online for first haircut package. Get there and the girl tells us my daughter’s hair is too thin and fine to cut. She then says she also doesn’t know how to cut it because she has a lot of baby hair. She had a different girl come trim my daughter’s bangs. We did not get a picture or certificate for first haircut. We get to register and they try charging me for the first haircut package. I explained that I was not paying for that as I got nothing that was supposed to be included in that package. They did change it to a kids haircut fee although it should have been a bang trim fee. The whole thing was super disappointing.

There were notes on my child’s profile. Said notes were mentioned prior to the appointment with the stylist and then read back to confirm. The stylist then took clippers to my child’s head . It honestly looked like I did this with clippers from home. The stylist only said sorry without finishing the cut. Hair was completely missed around the ears, neck and his cowlick was uneven. She left hair clippings on his neck and shirt without dusting off my child leaving him miserably itchy. They expected me to pay for such a terrible service and all they could say was “sorry” without options to fix the situation. I refuse To go back to cookie cutters and I will advise everyone I know against it.

I took my son in for his first hair cut and we will definitely not be going back. They whole experience was unpleasant from start to finish. The stylist, Taya, was in a horrible mood,acting like it was an inconvenience that we were even there, and did nothing for the sensory issues my son has except tell him to stop moving, because telling a non-verbal 2 year old who has a hard time doing new things to just stop moving is going to work. She did a horrible job on the cut itself, and my son was being so good through the whole process. I am very upset with the experience not only for my son but for myself as well. We wanted a lilttle bit of kindness and were met with misery. I don't understand why someone who clearly despises children, yelling at other children while we were in there and being down right rude to my son, has a job working with children. I chose this place because it said they worked with disabilities and sensory issues, so if you're a parent who's child may have one of these, do not take them here for a hair cut. I will never return here and strongly suggest no one take their children there.

Did not appreciate how the stylist treated my daughter or how she said she didn't have time for her fit because my daughter was scared. We will not be coming back here.
