Today I am completely unsatisfied with the service Girl that was cutting my suns hair asked me if we wanted the same clips as last time I was a little not sure if I wanted something that sure but at the end I said yes since it was last city of summer and next visit would be something like only the ends or something but did not say anything to other than keep the same cut as last time she started with the machine with a clip of 3 and cut my son a little so from there everything went down hill my son kept moving I had to hold him down and instead of sowing the machine she used scissors on top of his head so that made it longer for her and us to be holding down. I asked her to go shorter on the top of my sons head she said she could because he was moving too much and she didn’t want to cut her self As you can see on the pictures one the haircut did not look nothing like the last one and she left it too long. I could have gone to a less expensive place to get that hair cut for my son. I have more pictures I would like you to see

I used to love this place however today the women who cut my sons hair today cut my sons ear and wasn’t going to say anything. I looked over and asked if he was crying. She responded yes I got his ear but there’s no mark. Then when I came to check his hair, there was a mark on his ear. My son was crying and the haircut left a lot to be desired. I’ve been many times and there are no notes on the account. I couldn’t even pay attention to the haircut because I was trying to see my sons ear. There was no resolution for this issue except for a “sorry.”

They always change the person I book with and the staff did not communicate well. I even said thank you twice and she ignored me. The cut is horrible. Won’t ever go again.

We have been giving Veronica a chance too many, as shes very kind and great with kids. However, A fade should not go up that high. We ask for one thing and receive another. We will not be coming back.

I went to cookie cutter to get a haircut for my 4year old girl the stylist helping her gave good advice on the haircut but other than that i think she wanted to get it over with she kept telling my child different instruction of her head which i understand but she wasn’t moving much and when my daughter would forget to look down because she’s well ..4 years old she just told her “ looks down “ and my daughter said “ ok “ and she said “ you say ok but you not doing it “ which i understand kids moving but she’s 4 and she’s suppose to have a little more patience if she works at a a kids haircut salon when i tried to get the tv to turn on so my child would keep looking forward instead of looking around ( which is normal she’s 4 and in a colorful new place she’s bound to look around ) she didn’t offer any help with the tv or try to make the expiernce any better overall the price is ok i think it could’ve been a little better but maybe it’s just the craig location because the other cookie cutter beat durango is so much better

I did not have an issue with the stylist that did my daughter's hair. It was Veronica I had an issue with. I had an appt at 10am, we arrived 10 mins early, no one checked us in. Around 10am another family comes in, Veronica greeted them and took them first. She didnt even acknowledge us when we were trying to tell her we were there waiting. The other stylist helped us after she was done with her client but seriously. That's just sad, I used to bring my child here a lot but i'm considering going somewhere else.
