The Men’s Salon Owner: Carlie (SP?) On Monday, December 16, 2024 I spoke with the receptionist at The Men’s Salon regarding a product that I purchased in my last hair appointment and it was hard and clumpy this time but not the others I bought it and for a hair product that would not work so I knew something was wrong because it was not Like all the other times I had purchased it and for the $40 asking price and the salon telling me that they buy professional grade products that you can’t get in stores like target I thought it would be no problem getting a new container of it After my request to the receptionist to replace it, she said that she could not help me and that the owner or manager would have to be the one that would approve it. When I was expecting her to get the owner or manager, she didn’t move and then I was told they weren’t even at the store. I proceeded to get my haircut and then told Amanda who was cutting my hair and she said that the receptionist probably was texting the owner who was at another location. Then after my haircut, I followed up with the receptionist, and the receptionist told me that the owner would have to specifically see the product herself before approving such a request. I feeling inclined to be angry, but instead, I thought I would just make it even and fair and tell the receptionist then she would be paying for my gas to come back out here not that I could get reimbursed for my time but obviously the owner doesn’t value my time And who knows when that would be when she would be back at the store so the only thing left for me to do would be to file a Better Business Bureau report against the business because my money and my time was not taken seriously and I received a poor product from a registered business
