We had Blake B. cut my son’s hair. It had to have been her first haircut ever… I’m even questioning if she went to hair school. She had to we walked through every single step of the process by another employee while cutting his hair. My son is 2 and she told him maybe if he stopped looking down he wouldn’t have hair in his mouth. After being there for 30 min. “Getting his haircut” it doesn’t even look like he got it cut. We won’t be back. Only positive is we know he can sit for 30 min getting his haircut with an actual professional.

The staff made faces at each other after I asked a question. One of the staff agreed, but the other did not and made a face as if she was irritated that the first staff member had agreed.

This was a bad haircut. Choppy and uneven. It was hard to tell with his heart wet, but this is the first time we’ve been disappointed with Cookie Cutters

The stylist was more concerned with catching up,she was running just a few minutes behind. That was more her concern than providing a quality haircut, she was to rushed The front of his hair is not the same length as the rest.I would have taken him right back in, but he was done, as he is autistic and have limited time, before he melts down. I like your establishment in general, but expect a quality haircut. her rushing did not provide the best experience for him. She was very personable with him which was the was a plus, but we will not be scheduling with her again.

I went to a hair stylist to get my daughter's hair styled. I told her we had family pictures. I said my daughter would like to wear the bow. She did maybe four hair ties at the top for the bangs and totally neglected the entire back. By the time we left my daughter's hair dried it just frizzled right up and like she just woken up for the pictures. I brought her to a hair stylist for the hair stylist to know what to do and I told her we're doing pictures and clearly your hairstyles don't know what to do but thanks for taking my money dude. I even tipped her and that makes me sick this lady put zero effort into this. Why couldn't you do the hair ties like even just Midway down the hair just holding the back together I mean zero effort.
