I felt ripped off by the baby's first hair cut special. It was advertised that I would receive a little certificate and picture with a lock of hair. I have a similar one from a competitor for my first child and I wanted something similar for my second's baby book. I was not told until the end that they don't print anything. They emailed me some certificate PDF with a picture and I have to print it myself. So, now I have to pay for paper and ink to print it and as I don't have a great printer it will not look very good. There is no point to this package. I could just use the pictures I took myself. Felt like false advertising and a money grab.

We will not be back. We have given this business chance after chance. Today was the last straw. The horrible attitude and disrespectful tone paired with blatant disregard for our preferences is inexcusable.

Mommy and son haircut. It turnt out to be the worst haircut. I didn't feel like telling her because I didn't want her too feel no type of way. I showed her a picture how I want my son hair and how I want my hair. She did not follow the pictures how I exactly want it. I gave this place a zero for me and my son first time visiting. She cut way wrong and put pouches around my hair. It wasn't line up right our cut right. My son haircut was totally messed up just like mines.

We have been coming here for years, and have always been treated well and had nothing but good experiences until today. We were treated very rudely bc we were 5 min late and that was because we couldn’t find a parking spot for five minutes. We had back to back appts and they refused to do our first appt. So so upset by the way we were treated. This may be our last time coming here unfortunately.
