We've been going to cookie cutters for a couple of years now and had the worst experience we've ever had this last time. I'm not sure that Roberta should be cutting children's hair. She was impatient and much too direct with my son who is sensitive to haircuts, the hair falling on his face, the feel of the clippers, etc. She was not gentle in either her cutting style or her demeanor and made it an extremely uncomfortable experience for all of us. She essentially had zero "bedside manner" when it came to working with young children in a salon that is 100% meant for young children. I will never return to see her and will tell others the same. I pay extra to go to a place like Cookie Cutters so that my children get the treatment they need for their stage of development, and this was a horrible experience! Had it been our first time there, I would never return. But, fortunately, we do have another stylist who works extremely well with my kids who we will return for (Richelle).

Your hairstylist doesn't know the difference between over and above! We showed her a picture of the length of the bangs that we wanted. The stylist asked asked if we wanted the bangs over Lezlie's eyebrows and we said yes. She cut the bangs above the eyebrows which were cut toooo short! Lezlie was so upset that she doesn't want to go out. We tried to push the bangs to the side but you can still she the crappy job she did. She didn't even apologize just kept giving excuses that over means above the eyebrows. I will never go back to cookie cutters again.

Roberta was neither pleasant nor professional. This is the worst haircut we’ve ever had. Too short, completely uneven and she did not listen and seemed very rushed even though there were no other customers in the store.

Our stylist today (Roberta) made no effort whatsoever to be kind, friendly or make my child feel at ease while getting his haircut. She actually seemed annoyed that she had to cut his hair. The haircut is not great either. Super disappointed with the experience today yet didn’t want to make a big deal out of it with my child present so I regrettably left a tip. Front desk person was friendly and welcoming. Other stylist not cutting my child’s hair made an effort to be friendly to us and greeted my baby.
