Third visit but last. Horrible rude service, the staff seemed to be intentionally moving as slowly as possible, not greeting customers, and appeared to have no actually training in cutting hair or working with children. The salon smelled like a dirty ashtray too. Very unfortunate!

This was an exhausting experience. Very chaotic in the “salon”. My daughters hair was okay, but her hair wasn’t dried all the way even though I asked for her hair to be dried. After my husband paid all of the “stylist” went in the break room. I am positive they were smoking in there because my daughter and I were in the adjacent bathroom and could strongly smell cigerete smoke - gross! I don’t think we’ll be back.

when we arrived there were 2 women working. We went to sit down to begin the haircut and something seemed off. The women who was going to do the haircut was in training and that was NOT disclosed to us beforehand. The other stylist was going to watch her do the cut but did not let us know beforehand that we would be using a stylist in training or give us the option to decline said service. a person should ALWAYS be told if the person is training etc and be given the opportunity to accept or deny. They just weren't going to say anything. I said I would be more comfortable with the other main stylist doing the cut and she was visibly annoyed at me and argued/was hostile about be requesting her to cut instead of the trainee. Then- bc of this interaction the stylist charged me for a full cut, when before she said it would only be a "bang cut" as to punish me.

Cute decor but completely unfriendly staff who shouldn’t be working with children if they can’t offer a smile before they cut their hair!

We went to the Brentwood location in Nashville. Kiera attended us. She did a good job when it comes to thw hair cut. But she is been very rude to us. We took an appt with Tamara for 10:30 and due to traffic we arrived at 10:35. She(kiera) pointed us that we are late. And Tamara cannot attend us until 11. Please note that last time we had to wait for half n hour even though we came on time. Wedidnt mind and we said we can go with any one. So Kiera herself attended us. During the haircut she was good but when we asked her to trim some more she became aggressive and started talking very rudely. We said that last time the stylist Tamara asked us if the trimming is proper or want some more trim,, then we said the same trim some more. Tamara was good. Then she called Tamara and asked her . That is really rude of Kiera. Our littlw boy is moving somwtimes. Boys are meant to be like that. And she started complaining that she cannot handle until he sits still. And she started doing with an angry face. Later she kept on complaining that she did almost 2 haircuts. She didnt trim around the ear properly. And seeing her rude face we didnt ask any further. I understand the haircut is meant to be 15 mins, but sometimes it can sweep up a 5 mins more. she should have handled it with patience instead of complaining. If the salon is all full and people are waiting then we can understand her frustration. But there is no one waiting in the salon. We felt vwry sad qith the way she treated. We didnt even write up a tip. Last time we had a chance with Tamara and she is very patient with the kids.

The stylist that my son had today was slightly rude and did not do a great job cutting his hair. The edges were all choppy and uneven -- there were many stray hairs that were not cut at all. I realize that cutting the hair of a 2.5 year must be challenging, but I assumed that coming to a salon specifically for kids would mean that there was an extra level of skill in accomplishing this task. The stylist was very rough with my son and left red marks all over his neck. I will need to take him to another salon in order to have his haircut fixed.
