The finished product looks like a blind person clipped their hair... for $17 and a begged tip, they should at least look somewhat cute. The lady was very rude, pushy, and unprofessional. I hardly ever have a good experience here, especially at this location. You're better off taking your kids somewhere else and BUYING them a balloon for cheaper and get a better haircut!

Randi or Ronda whatever her name was is TERRIBLE she should not have a job. Emily is awesome and fixed my sons haircut and made it look somewhat decent out of the garbage hairstyle it was first cut into

I feel service is a joke very rude very rushy and all the hair cuts are the same I wanted a different look for my son and it looked the exact samae as last.

The lady who helped us didn't smile at all. Her communication skills were awful. Obviously we don't know a lot about the sizes and when we were trying to think of how short to cut his hair she gave us two options and didn't help explain how it would look. She just began cutting his hair. To make it easier on all of you, we sit down with him and hold him because he tends to move and cry but she didn't offer to cover us from the hair. It was just a really bad experience. Please hire people who are welcoming and compassionate. This girl lacked it extremely. We don't want to return anymore. The lady who helped us before is gone and there's no point anymore if all the other employees are like this one.

We asked for bangs and she cut too far back on the right side and so there is a two inch length of hair that is not part of her bangs and the back of her hair is not even

I’m very disappointing whit the visit because the left my kid hair so bad I told the stylist and she got mad. Because she cut the hair by hairs so bad.. like if I do a home hair cut don’t look like professional.. paying a lot of money to end whit that hair cut.
