We have gotten my son's haircut at Cookie Cutters in West Chester almost every time (we tried a different Cookie Cutters closer to our house one time, but they did not have a slide which was disappointing). He likes getting to play on the slide while we wait and as long as we make an appointment ahead of time, we've never had any issues with wait times. It's a fun atmosphere and they are very accommodating to which cartoon my son would like to watch while there. Will continue to return and will bring my daughter here once she needs a haircut as well.
