Time management is still a problem. I arrived well ahead of my appointment time yet I sat for 45minutes past my appointment time before I was shampooed. Hair services are great but not at the expense of being served in a timely manner. Chatting is nice but not if you can’t keep working while you talk.

I absolutely LOVE Patricia! She is SO good at what she does & she makes beautifying you so effortless. Patricia always comes through for me when I have last minute appointments. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to hair & I believe the high price she charges is worth it. That being said, I would not refer Patricia to everyone I know bc some folks could not afford the prices.

I have been a client of Patricia's for many years and really respect and appreciate her level of professionalism and experience. When I make an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I expect the same respect that the staff is ready for me at 9:00 a.m. There have been times when I have waited outside for 15- 20 minutes for someone to arrive. I always make sure to be there on time for my early appointment so I would expect the same from the staff.

I have been a long time client of Patricia and have followed her to each salon because I value her expertise and knowledge in her profession. Now that she has her own salon, I have seen her growth and admire how far she has come in her profession. She knows her business and enjoys making clients feel good about themselves.
