I’ve been bringing my son who hates haircuts here for 9 years. He had his very first haircut with Ms.Shannon and she was fabulous. All of the staff have always been wonderful to my son. The last handful of visits, he got Crystal for his haircut and she was subpar to say the LEAST. She knicked my son’s ear making him bleed and made him feel like it was his fault. I asked for a “tapered fade” and she shaved his head bald. Today, I showed her a picture of a BASIC haircut- making sure to tell her that we’re not picky- but that we went too short last time and to please not go so short this time. She scoffed at me and said “well I don’t know what you want from me then” while my son was attempting to get into the chair, she laughed at him and said “that’s not a footstool”. After finally getting him into the chair she says “can we just do a buzzcut on him?” At that point, enough was enough and I proceeded to leave. Ms.Michelle stopped us and accommodated us with another stylist- Ms.Sarah ( she was lovely and able to fulfill the very simple request made!) Unfortunately after 9 straight years of business from me, I will no longer be supporting Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids. I truly wish that no other child would have to put up with the unprofessionalism of Crystal.

The stylist was very rude from the beginning. Acted as if she had no clue how to offer styles of haircuts. We’re not professionals and have no idea how to put into words the kind of haircuts we would like for our child and she just kept huffing and rolling her eyes giving no help whatsoever. During said haircut, she was very impatient with our son who is only 4 and autistic. Kids squirm and she had no clue how to patiently handle this. She was very rude to my son and we definitely will not return. I would’ve suggest actually getting someone who enjoys children as this lady definitely doesn’t enjoy people at all.

We have had an issue in the past about not getting exactly what we wanted but today was officially our last visit here. I am not the type to complain as a business owner myself. that being said the woman who cut my sons hair was MEAN. I don't know if she intended to be that way but it was very clear my son was upset by her demeanor towards him. At a point he was becoming tearful. I truly hope this was an off day for her but if this is her all the time I don't think she needs to continue working children.

The hairdresser never told us her name. Never asked my son's name. Did nothing to make him feel comfortable. I wish I had walked out in the beginning because she was extremely rough, grabbing his shoulder and head. The haircut was not what I wanted because she never really clarified. She kept saying to my ONE YEAR OLD, "stop moving!" which is a ridiculous thing to say to a one year old freaking out because you haven't said one encouraging thing to him. My son has never cried for a haircut the way he did today. If you are in a kid business, I suggest training staff to deal with kids. For example, introduce yourself to the child. Move with the child as you cut their hair instead of yelling "quit moving, silly." We will never be back. Horrendous. Wish I could get my money back and regret leaving a tip for such a mean "hairdresser."

Ladies up front we always have an issue with. Showed up with 2 kids for 2 appointments Beckett and cash one after the other. Instead of taking both only took the appointment later than after all said and done we got a no show on our other kid. We come here only with our 2 boys. Only have a issue with hair styles Katie. Very rude. Does not seem to like kids. Very short and rude

The girls who cut the hair do not seem to know how to treat children. I've been here 2 times and both times they were rude to my child. I will be taking my kid to a different place.
