we had arrived 10 minutes late. i guess the automated appointment system wrote Ana down and she was already making a fuss that she has never treated Yusuf before [as if we lied] and then kept rushing really badly. i told her that she can rush but not to tell my child that she has to rush. Her haste resulted in an ugly hair cut. our last experience with jazmine was so nice that we came all the way from irvine but this is the last time. we all felt rushed and rushed out. that treatment wasnt worth the money we paid for a kids hair cut
