We use to get our son hair cut with murren, she is nice and we were always happy ...today we had a different "stylist " sara , she was awfull, my son had an ugly hair cut...we will never come back again

Appointments seem to always run late, clippers are dull and pulls hair instead of cuts, would be nice to have fun seats for the older kids (5&up). Stylists are nice, area is clean, price is right.

I am not sure I understand the online booking. It appears that people that walk in without an appointment are given the same preferences as those with an appointment.

There are a couple of factors involved in appointment times - if you have an appointment, you take preference over walk-ins. However, some people prefer a certain stylist over others so that's also a factor. I am not sure how this works-I had an appointment but was asked to wait because Colleen was backed up even those the 2 other hairdressers had nothing to do. Does an appointment take prescidence over someone who walks in off the street

Thank you for your review. Yes, we must honor our appointments before a walk-in. It is sometimes hard to judge how long a haircut will take but we do try to stick to our appointment times. As long as the other stylists didn't have appointments coming in, they should have been able to do your haircut - if you wanted them to (sometimes we have people requests certain stylists).
