She said she did not have time as she has appointments every 15 min . But with kids you need to be gentle and give some time to adjust to the environment and the hair dresser. Horrible experience. The way she handled my 2 year old was like an animal. I feel even animals should deserve better care.

The clothing of the employees seems unprofessional. Have you considered a matching polo shirt with logo and jeans or khakis? The ladies wearing very casual, unkept clothing doesn't add anything to the environment. It's awkward when the stylist that served your child asks if you'll add gratuity, again, no discretion involved there. In some ways, I'm disappointed that I bought the punch card because I'd like to see my investment through but I'm not satisfied with the cuts. I've had to go back each time and get it fixed. This is a lot of effort. I'm equally concerned about the lack of unprofessionalism of these gals.

Horrible haircut by April. She didnt listen to what I wanted and my sons hair looks completely uneven. i won't be returning.

Please sweep up the hair from other kids' cuts promptly. It's gross to be stepping on hair from the cut you did before when I bring my kid over and to see it on the floor on multiple stations. It's one thing if you're actively sweeping it up and another if it's just sitting there. It feels really unclean. We can wait, there's a play area.
